W.A.R. Defence Centre

This course has been designed in Ireland to instruct women and teenagers how to defend themselves against a stronger and larger attacker in a real rape encounter.

You will learn where to attack to disable your assailant using vital area's such as the eyes and throat using your own natural body weapons.

Rape is a mental disorder that is expressed, physically…..learn how to prevent a problem before it happens by being more aware of your surroundings, attitude and characteristics of a rapist.

W.A.R. defence will give you the knowledge on how to defend yourself physically and psychologically

We will have a fully padded instructor and each student will work one on one with him , he can absorb large amount of punishment without hurting him , you will develop real confidence on knowing that your technique will work in Rape attack.

The cost of this unique seminar is€90-00 euros of which we donate €5-00 euros to the Rape Crisis Centre of your county and €5-00 euros to Women's Aid.
